Model CH400 Leverstak Industrial Hand Control Lever Throttle Control Lever
The Leverstak hand control is designed to extensively cover the agricultural equipment market. One of its major uses today is in the operating of tractor automatic pick-up hitch systems. Any number of operators may be secured together by studs which may also be used to mount the control onto the machine. These studs are normally supplied with banked operator sets. An alternative means of mounting can be done by using the two holes in the base of the operator and securing with 1/4" diameter bolts. The lever moves through an angle of 120° which produces a maximum of 45mm cable travel. The operating handle can be supplied cranked to a specific position if required. A spring return-to-center version can be supplied. Also available is a detent version which can be supplied to hold the lever in a predetermined position.
HGS Systems Industrial Horizontal Gear Shifter—925 Series
The 925 Series Industrial Horizontal Controller is a high-performance control solution engineered for precision, durability, and adaptability in demanding industrial environments. Built with advanced materials and ergonomic design, the 925 Series ensures smooth operation and reliable performance, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial applications.
Unidrum Lever Industrial Metric Push-Pull And Pull-Only Hand Control
A control head designed primarily for hand throttle applications on commercial and industrial vehicles, and also suitable for many other uses. Compact and efficient for imparting light-to-medium pull-only or push-pull loads through flexible conduits and inner- members. Unidrum controls hold and operate up to 12kg push-pull or pull-only output loads. Mechanical advantage at knob is 5 to 1. There is a self locking nut for operator adjustment of friction setting. The adjustable stop plates allow 10° (5mm linear output) incremental travel adjustment. 50mm of cable travel requires approximately 90° lever travel. 75mm of cable requires approximately 135° lever travel. The lever position is adjustable in 60° increments to provide optimum operating range. Optional cable entry offers four mountings/directions of operation alternatives. Also available with a smaller handle for light duty applications or with a locking handle.
Light Duty Lever Industrial Push-Pull Hand Control Lever
This lightweight VLD control lever delivers precise operation with a ‌4.5:1 mechanical advantage‌, reducing input force for heavy-duty applications. Features ‌adjustable friction control‌ for customizable resistance and stability during operation. The ‌2-bolt mounting scheme‌ ensures quick installation and compatibility with industrial machinery. Built with a ‌robust cast alloy body‌ (black finish) and ‌chrome steel lever‌, it withstands harsh environments while maintaining corrosion resistance. Includes a ‌locking detent system‌ for secure positioning and a ‌black ergonomic handle‌ for operator comfort. Ideal for material handling, construction equipment, and automation systems requiring reliable, low-maintenance control. The weatherproof assembly (IP54-rated) ensures durability in outdoor or high-moisture conditions. Pre-configured for seamless integration with OEM hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Non Lock Industrial Push-Pull Control Head
Non lock control heads are designed for remote engine shutdown/choke, latch/valve operation, and numerous other applications. These panel or bracket mounted units are intended for light to moderate loads. They are cost effective solutions to mechanically connecting a manual input source to a remote output, especially when space is limited or rod linkage and bell cranks are not suitable choices. Various T-handles/knobs with or without functional identifications, as well as output end configurations are available.
Brake Lever Industrial Over Center Locking Hand Control Lever
Our park brake levers offer superior performance, quality and service life to both the designer and user. The lever has two distinct positions, over-center and off, which are approximately 90°apart. There is no ratcheting to limit travel or secondary unlocking required for operation. A heat-treated 4130 load link provides an excellent combination of qualities for durability and reliability. An integral adjusting knob allows for setting the initial cable tension, travel, and to compensate for system wear. Side or flange mounted configurations are available for increased adaptability. The input lever and side plates have an epoxy finish or electro-static paint, and all other components are coated for corrosion resistance. A tamper-resistant knob to inhibit unauthorized adjustment, and a weather-resistant switch at the off position, are both available as options. The levers are supplied with hardware necessary to attach the cable end fittings to the load link.
Micro Adjust Industrial Push-Pull Control Head
Micro Adjust control heads are ideal for remote operation of a throttle, regulating valve, or other applications needing precise adjustment capabilities. Depressing the center button allows pushing or pulling the knob to make course travel adjustments. A flexible dust seal protects the internal release mechanism. Rotating the knob clockwise extends the output in the finite mode, and counter-clockwise retracts. Four and one-half turns results in 1" of linear travel. The maximum recommended load is 20lbs. Normal vibration does not affect the micro adjust setting. An optional friction lock accessory is available for applications where vibration is excessive. A disconnect feature and various output end configurations are available to suit a particular application.
Twist Lock Industrial Push-Pull Control Head
A twist lock control head is a mechanical component used to secure control cables in place within a system. This type of mechanism typically involves twisting the cable to lock it securely in position, ensuring a reliable connection between the cable and the control mechanism. These control cable heads are commonly employed in various industries and applications where precise control and secure cable connections are essential.
