PMC designs and produces thousands of personalized products in China, which are sold worldwide.
Phidix Motion Controls (PMC) started the business in 2004, originally as an international trading company-Shanghai Phidix Trading Co., Ltd(Headquarter of PMC), and became the only authorized Cable Assembler in China by the American based company Cablecraft Motion Controls (CMC) in 2011.
CMC was originally a subsidiary of Tuthill Group (more than 100 years history), headquartered in New Haven Indiana US and became independent in 2011. CMC can offer diverse high-end drive control products and engineering solutions. The product line includes control flexible shaft of the various specifications, cab units and a category range of standard parts, widely used in high-end industrial customer markets, such as luxury bus, heavy truck, aerospace, construction machinery, rail transportation, agricultural machinery, gardening equipment, racing cars, military vehicles, tanks etc. as selection of shift control, throttle cable, clutch cable, brake line, valve and other mechanical transmission controls.

Aircraft systems require highly precise and reliable control components to ensure safe and stable operation. Many onboard functions—such as engine control, valve positioning, and latch mechanisms—demand fine adjustment and secure position holding, especially under vibration and changing flight conditions. A micro adjustment control solution is therefore essential.
Application
In this application, the micro adjustment control handle is installed in the aircraft cockpit or equipment compartment and connected to a control cable leading to the actuator. The handle is used for functions such as engine choke adjustment, engine shutdown control, valve operation, or latch positioning. The operator can make small, accurate adjustments to achieve precise control while maintaining the selected position during flight.
