The challenges faced by the company include: the throttle cable of the hovercraft cannot withstand low temperatures, it will freeze after short-term use and cannot be pulled out, the material of the outer shell is fragile and prone to breakage, the rigidity of the shaft core is not sufficient and easy to deform, resulting in large idling, and metal parts are prone to rust.
Solution
To solve the customer's problem, we specially customized a throttle cable for them:
• Low-temperature environment:Imported low-temperature resistant grease is used, and the temperature resistance reaches - 60℃.
• Throttle cable sheath:The sheath material adopts HDPE multi-layer structure, which ensures flexibility and resists high and low temperatures, effectively solving the problem that ordinary PVC sheaths are easy to break.
• Shaft core:The shaft core adopts 1*19 steel wire structure and flat wire winding, which effectively solves the stiffness problem of the shaft core.
• Idle stroke:The idle stroke of a 10-meter-long shaft is less than 2MM under the condition of two S bends.
• Metal parts:All metal parts are made of 304 stainless steel. In case of special requirements, 316 stainless steel with better corrosion resistance can be selected
