Product Description:
The pull-type mechanical control cable assembly is a flexible and reliable mechanical actuation solution designed for remote release, latch, lock, and lever-control applications. The cable assembly allows mechanical force to be transmitted from one location to another without requiring direct access to the controlled mechanism. The flexible conduit can be routed through confined or curved installation paths, while the threaded mounting sections provide stable positioning and adjustment during installation. Mechanical control cables are commonly used for remote actuation, including latches, releases, throttles, shifting mechanisms, and other mechanical control functions. This cable can be customized according to the customer's overall length, stroke, cable diameter, mounting thread, terminal configuration, handle type, materials, and application requirements.

● Smooth cable movement, low friction and minimal slack after long service
Working Principle
This is a unidirectional pull-only mechanical control cable. When the operator pulls the rotary handle, tension force transfers through the inner steel wire inside the fixed outer conduit to the snap hook terminal at the far end. The pulling force triggers the connected mechanism to complete actions such as disengagement, shut-off or activation.
