Product Description:
This push-pull control cable assembly is a heavy-duty linear mechanical transmission component, engineered for remote mechanical actuation across industrial, vehicle and off-highway equipment. Featuring dual threaded bulkhead locking nut terminals at both ends, this cable delivers reliable push-and-pull force transmission. It supports full customization on cable length, stroke, end hardware and inner-outer conduit materials. Manufactured under IATF16949 quality management system, the assembly maintains stable performance under wide-range temperature and harsh working conditions, ideal for precise remote control where space-saving installation and durable mechanical linkage are required.

Features
● Dual-end threaded bulkhead structure, convenient for fast panel mounting and position adjustment via lock nuts.
● True bidirectional push-pull transmission, transfers both push and pull force without spring return dependency.
● Multiple material options for inner wire and outer conduit to adapt corrosion-resistant or high-temperature scenarios.
● Fully customizable: cable length, stroke, thread specification and terminal hardware can match customer drawing requirements.
● IATF16949 certified production, consistent quality for heavy-duty equipment application.
● Flexible conduit allows reasonable bending routing inside limited equipment space.
Working Principle
This push-pull cable assembly consists of a movable inner steel core wire and a fixed outer conduit. When force is applied to one-end inner rod, the inner cable slides linearly inside the outer conduit. It transmits push force and pull force bidirectionally to drive the connected mechanical component at the opposite end. The outer conduit is fixed to equipment panels by double-end threaded bulkhead and lock nuts, so all motion is limited to the inner core wire, converting manual or mechanical input into remote linear actuation output.
